Being part of the Vitra team: Showrooms Refurbishing and Marketing
As the Events and Showroom Decoration Manager at Vitra Spain and Portugal, the objective was to curate scenes in Vitra’s flagship locations for various purposes such as living rooms, dining areas, lounges, home office spaces, office lobbies, communal workspaces, etc.
The challenge lay in crafting spaces using Vitra and Artek items while avoiding monotony and adhering to the established guidelines from the central offices. This involved aligning with color schemes, thematic motifs, and seasonal objectives.
Freelance work: New Look & Feel, Materials, Branding and Furniture for an Audiology Clinic in Madrid
The basic and execution project, the application for the activity license, and the on-site management were successfully carried out. The space, although small, aimed to convey a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with character imparted by a curved wall and wooden slats. The exterior facade featured brushed stainless steel, and there was a acoustically isolated room for patient examinations. Custom-made furniture added a bespoke touch to the design.
Freelance work: Tender for Marnys Flagship
This preliminary design aspired to encapsulate the complete essence of the Marnys brand within the confines of a flagship store, an emblematic space meant to showcase not only the diverse array of products but also to curate special and immersive experiences for the discerning customer. The choice of materials played a pivotal role in translating the brand’s identity into a tangible and visually appealing environment. Light-toned elements, carefully selected to resonate with the brand’s ethos, included the graceful incorporation of curved wood, brushed aluminum, micro-cement, and decorative paints in soft, inviting hues.
